Vinyl Transfer Printing

At Personalised Sports we use vinyl transfer film to print simple logos, team and individuals’ names and initials. With no upfront setup charges customers are able to order as and when required. This process is particularly suitable for printing onto sports performance fabrics including polyester, elastane and polycotton. Vinyl transfer films come in a variety of colours and finish options including fluorescents, pastels and metallics. All the vinyl we use is OEKO-TEX® Class 1 certified and is made in the EU. The raw materials used to make films are REACH compliant and free from heavy metals, formaldehydes and organic tin compounds.

Full Colour Transfer Printing

Our production team use full colour transfer printing to reproduce complexed logos and designs. As well as allowing sports logos and badges to be reproduced in multiple colours this method enables designs to be printed with effects such as fading and gradients. Unlike some other printing and personalisation processes there are no setup costs when using Full Colour Transfer Printing, giving clubs and teams to options of purchasing in small quantities when necessary. The materials we use when printing full colour digital transfers are OEKO-TEX® Class 1 certified and is made in the EU. The raw materials used to make films are REACH compliant and free from heavy metals, formaldehydes and organic tin compounds. 

Eco Friendly Printing

We can now offer an eco-friendly printing service using environmentally friendly solvent / PVC free vinyl film and water based heat transfers. Please contact us for further details

Vegan Friendly Printing

Many of the films we use are certified to not contact any ingredients of originating from animals or testing on live animals and therefore is suitable for vegans
